Actress Chitrangda Singh is all set to star opposite Salman Khan in an upcoming war drama inspired by the Galwan Valley clash, marking her first-ever collaboration with the Bollywood superstar.
According to industry sources, the untitled film is based on a chapter from the bestselling book India’s Most Fearless 3 by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh, which chronicles the real-life bravery of Indian soldiers. Salman Khan will reportedly portray Colonel B. Santosh Babu, the commanding officer of the 16 Bihar Regiment, who led his men during the tense 2020 standoff with Chinese forces at the Line of Actual Control in eastern Ladakh.
The project directed by Apoorva Lakhia aims to be a gritty, emotional, and patriotic tribute to India’s armed forces, spotlighting the courage and sacrifice of those who stood their ground under extreme conditions.
