Emraan Hashmi, Sonu Sood, Tanushree Dutta, as well as Navin Nischol appear in Aashiq Banaya Aapne, a 2005 Indian Hindi-language romantic thriller movie. On September 2, 2005, this was released. Karan (Sonu Sood) falls in love with Sneha (Tanushree Dutta), but he is too timid to tell her. Despite the fact that Karan’s emotions are obvious to many, he is content to simply see Sneha smile and never summons the courage to tell her how he feels. On one occasion, Karan invites Sneha to a party, where she meets the charming and mischievous Vicky.
Vicky (Emraan Hashmi) is a childhood buddy of Karan’s. Vicky is just an extrovert and a known flirt, the polar reverse of Karan. When Vicky meets Karan and Sneha at college, all three of their lives alter, and Sneha begins to feel connected to Vicky. Vicky, on the other hand, is sceptical of Sneha’s sentiments. Sneha resolves to seduce Vicky in order to show her love for him, and the two make love. Sneha declares her love for Vicky the next morning, and the previous night should put an end to Vicky’s concerns once and for all.
Considering Vicky’s motives, Karan attempts to persuade him to end his connection with Sneha, however, Vicky tells him that he really is in love this time and therefore not flirting. Karan believes he has lost the one woman he ever has loved, but he realises there is nothing he can do about it. Life continues on, though, and the three of them maintain a particular friendship relationship. Vicky then attempts to assist Karan with her personal life by introducing him to Chandni, another college buddy.
Things appear to be going well between the two, but rather an event one night leads to Karan splitting up with Vicky after she is discovered cheating with Chandni. Things shift, trust is shattered, obsession and uncertainty arise, and Sneha is left devastated and bewildered. Vicky tries to communicate with Sneha, but Karan gets involved and attacks him.
Sneha separates them but remains on Karan’s side. Vicky distances himself from them but insists that Sneha would always be his. Vicky seems to phone and maliciously text Sneha one night, then pounds on her door and tosses a rock through her glass with a message claiming Sneha as his own, leaving Sneha terrified. Sneha then looks to Karan for assistance. Vicky is subsequently shown being arrested for drug possession and being put in jail. Karan eventually works up the confidence to propose to Sneha, with her father’s blessing.
Vicky gets released out of jail and re-enters their life the night Sneha and Karan get engaged, taking Chandni with them.
Vicky persuades Karan to tell Sneha the truth about what occurred. Karan, it turns out, could never get over his feelings for Sneha or his envy for Vicky. Karan resolves to have Vicky eliminated from both of their lives after walking in on them and begins framing him in order to gain Sneha’s trust. Chandni was set up by Karan to drug and seduce Vicky at a time when Sneha would catch them together. Karan then takes Vicky’s phone and uses it to harass Sneha, as well as pounding on her door and throwing a rock through her glass, as Vicky had done previously. Karan informs the cops that Vicky is keeping narcotics for a buddy and has him detained.
Sneha is startled and appalled by Karan’s actions, declaring that she now despises him. Karan then holds a pistol to his head in an effort to commit himself. As Vicky and Sneha try to stop him, Karan fires a shot that kills Chandni instead of Vicky. Vicky and Karan had a violent brawl that leaves both of them seriously injured and unconscious. Authorities are investigating all of the events, so all three are in the hospital. Karan is eventually jailed for Chandni’s murder, but he apologises to Sneha and wishes her well. Sneha and Vicky reunite later, and they both declare their love for one another.
