Aparshakti Khurana and his wife Aakriti Ahuja welcomed their first child, a baby girl on Friday. The actor is now father to a baby girl, Arzoei A Khurana. He shared the addition of an adorable member to their family with his fans and followers on social media.
Taking to his Instagram, he shared a post and also revealed his baby’s name – Arzoie A Khurana. His post read, ”Aakriti and Aparshakti welcome with love Arizoe A Khurana born August 27, 2021,” wrote alongside heart emojis.
The comments section of Aparshakti’s post was full of congratulatory messages from friends and celebrities including Bhumi Pednekar, Sanya Malhotra, Nushrratt Bharuccha, Patralekhaa, Darshan Kumaar, Mrunal Thakur, Saqib Saleem, Shakti Mohan, Abhishek Banerjee, Sunil Grover, Angad Bedi, and Varun Sharma
Aparshakti’s brother and actor Ayushmann Khurrana also shared his post on his Instagram stories and wrote, “A new member in the fam. Best feeling.”
Aparshakti and Aakriti announced their pregnancy in June this year. Aparshakti took to Instagram and shared a monochrome picture of them and wrote, “Lockdown me kaam to expand ho nahi paya, humne socha family hi expand kar lete hain (We could not expand our work during the lockdown so we decided to expand our family instead) #preggeralert.”
Meanwhile, Aakriti shared a glimpse from her baby shower. ”I have no clue why he’s looking so stunned on a doing of his own making. #BabyShower,” she wrote.
The couple tied the knot in September 2014. Talking about the work front, Aparshakti will be soon seen in films like Helmet, Rashmi Rocket, and Jayeshbhai Jordaar.
