Right Yaaa Wrong

Sunny Deol and Irrfan Khan play key roles in Right Yaaa Wrong, a 2010 Bollywood crime thriller Helmed by Neeraj Pathak. The movie is based upon the lives of the two Indian police policemen who eventually become bitter enemies. Konkona Sen Sharma, Isha Koppikar, Aryan Vaid, and Govind Namdeo also appear. This movie was shot in Film City as well as released underneath the Eros name on March 12, 2010. The narrative of the movie seems to be almost identical to that of the 1995 Hollywood picture Above Suspicion.

The plot of the movie ‘Right Yaaa Wrong’

Right Yaaa Wrong tells the storey of two officers, Ajay (Sunny Deol) and Vinay (Irrfan Khan), who have a fierce rivalry that escalates to a fight for supremacy.

Vinay and Ajay are the best of friends. Isha Koppikar, Ajay’s wife, is discovered brutally killed. Ajay is the main suspect, while Vinay is in charge of the investigation. Vinay goes against Ajay because he doesn’t know what to do: support his closest buddy or advance in his career. Radhika (Konkana Sen Sharma), Vinay’s younger sister, takes up Ajay’s case as his lawyer and is Ajay’s only support at this point.

The inquiry develops into a mystery that is riddled with secrets. There’s an incredible find hidden behind the mysteries. Ripples start with wits and mental gymnastics.

Vinay attempts to beat Ajay each time he hatches a clue, and he is defeated once Ajay has answers to each of his queries. This is a storey of a deep friendship. The reality is eventually exposed just as Vinay is about to throw down the towel and concede defeat. Ajay is able to walk and killed his wife because she was unfaithful. He’d murdered her as well as her boyfriend. However, there is no evidence to prove Ajay’s culpability. Ajay takes an aircraft to travel abroad, leaving a letter for Vinay stating that he had been correct.

Critical Reviews
