Sunita Ahuja, Govinda’s wife, took a dig at Krushna Abhishek for declining to appear inside the forthcoming episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, which features them. Sunita further stated that she will never see his face again.’
Sunita Ahuja, actor Govinda’s wife, have criticised their nephew Krushna Abhishek, saying she is ‘distressed beyond words’ over his choice not to appear on such a forthcoming new episode of The Kapil Sharma Show in which they would be featured. She stated that their problems would never be fixed and that she does not want to see his face ever again.’
Over the last few years, Krushna Abhishek & Govinda’s relationship has indeed been tense. Just on the latest episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, Govinda and Sunita Ahuja would feature as guests.
Sunita remembered an event 3 years ago concerning Krushna’s wife Kashmera Shah inside an interview with such a prominent newspaper and stated there is no chance of reconciliation. “Woh kabhi nahi hoga (It will never happen). Three years ago, I had said that things could not be resolved till I am alive. You can’t misbehave, insult or take liberties in the name of family… We have raised them and are not living off them…All I can say is that the issues will never get resolved and I don’t want to see his face ever again in my life.”
Kashmera had previously angered her with a tweet about certain “people who dance for money,” that she mistook for a dig against Govinda. “I am distressed beyond words to know what Krushna Abhishek said about refusing to be a part of the episode that featured my family and me as guests. He said that both parties did not want to share the stage. Last year in November, Govinda had issued a statement clarifying his stand and vowing to never discuss family issues in public. Like a thorough gentleman, he has kept the promise. I reiterate that we want to maintain a dignified distance, but it has reached a point where I feel the need to address the issue.”
Whenever Sunita as well as Govinda give interviews, Krushna says “something in the media about (them) only for attention,” according to Sunita. Govinda “may not reply or retaliate,” she noted, but still it “upsets and infuriates” her.
Sunita Ahuja, alongside presenter Kapil Sharma, could be seen yanking Govinda’s legs in various teasers for the programme published online by Sony Entertainment Television.
