Farah Naaz began acting alongside Rohan Kapoor with Yash Chopra’s Faasle in 1985. Considering the movie’s poor box office performance, the actress received several proposals. However, if her mother had succeeded, she might have missed out on such a possibility. Dev Anand has reportedly spotted Farah in Shabana Azmi’s residence. Farah’s aunt is Azmi. He was eager to launch her, although Farah’s mom was adamantly opposed. So, afterwards, Yash Chopra decided to cast Farah in the movie based on Dev Saab’s advice, he brought in Azmi to seek Farah’s mother’s approval. She was just 17 at the time.
Tabu’s sibling is Farah Naaz. In the year 1990s, she co-starred opposite Aamir Khan in two movies, Jawani Zindabad well as Isi Ka Naam Zindagi. These movies failed miserably there at ticket sales.
