Dilip Kumar Passes away: Television Celebrities Recall Their Fond Memories With The Legend.

As the film fraternity has lost the ultimate gem of the industry Mr Dilip Kumar, July 7th has indeed become the darkest day of the year. As in the lifetime of 98 years, Mr Dilip Kumar has touched many lives which includes some television celebrities as well.

Karanvir Sharma

Actor Karanvir, who is currently essaying the role of Shaurya in the Star Plus show, shared a picture on his Instagram Handle and shared his fond memories with him. He wrote that “Dilip sir. I’m truly going to miss you and always remember and cherish your advice. “Insaan Ki Parchayi, Hamesha insaan se 10 kadam aage hoti hai”. Really wishing the best for Saira Ma’am. You both had the love of SWANS 🦢OM Shanti 🙏🏽#dilipkumar “

Ghanshyam Nayak

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actor Nattu Kaka, Ghanshyam Nayak had worked once with the legendary actor at his bungalow. He recalls the experience where Dilip Saab produced a Tv show in which he was offered to play a servents role.

Actor Ghanshyam Nayak revealed the conversation that he had with the legend before the shoot, “He gave me all the instructions and asked me to not do acting and keep it natural. In no time we finished the scene and he was really impressed. The shoot was for one day but I can’t forget that day ever. Immideatly after my scene he came to me and said you did it really well and your cheque is ready. But you can’t leave from here until you eat with us. Being a star he treated me so well. When I said, ‘Sir its too early to have food for me, I would leave now’, so he said, ‘Tum hamare ghar ke member ho, aise bina khaaye jaaoge to kaise chalega?’. I joined my hands and excused from there.”

Ravi Bhatia

Actor Ravi Bhatia, who essayed the role of Salim in Zee Tv’s show Jodha Akbar, told how he found an institution in Mr Dilip Kumar Saab. He told that “When I was offered the role of Salim, I was fantasizing myself as Dilip sir. I used to watch him day and night, so that at least, I can portray something like him and impress my audience. Luckily, till date I’m remembered as Salim and I would credit all to Dilip sir. He was a great acting instructor for me.”

Indeed the thespian is a bible for all the actors and non-actors as well. Dilip Saab will always be cherished in the hearts and minds of billions of people always. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
