Says “This Beginning Will Always Stay Special”
After a promising Bollywood debut with Azaad, Rasha Thadani is ready to step into Telugu cinema with her South debut, Srinivasa Mangapuram. The action-romance film is directed by Ajay Bhupathi and features Rasha opposite Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni, nephew of Mahesh Babu.
Announcing the project on social media, Rasha shared her excitement about entering Telugu films. Expressing gratitude, she wrote, ““Meet Manga from #SrinivasaMangapuram. With immense gratitude and a heart full of hope, taking my first step into Telugu cinema, a world that celebrates stories straight from the soil. This journey has taught me humility, patience, and belief. Thank you to everyone who trusted me with this beginning.”

She later unveiled her first look from the film, where she is seen in a simple pink salwar-kurta, paired with jhumkas and bangles, reflecting the essence of her character, Manga. Describing the role and thanking director Ajay Bhupathi, she mentioned, “She is his calm, she is his comfort, she is his pain and his peace. ‘Manga’ is ‘Srinu’s everything. This beginning will always stay special. Thankful to my director @dirajaybhupathi garu for believing in me and guiding me every step of the way. Jay for being such a cool co-star. This is just the start & excited for the journey ahead.”

On the work front, Rasha will also be seen in Laikey Laikaa, which is set to hit cinemas soon. The film stars her opposite Abhay Verma. With multiple projects lined up, it looks like 2026 could shape up to be a significant year in Rasha Thadani’s growing career
