Mahesh Babu in Legal Trouble Over Real Estate Endorsement; Named in Rs 34.8 Lakh Fraud Case

Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu has landed in legal trouble after being named in a complaint filed with the Ranga Reddy District Consumer Commission in Telangana. A Hyderabad-based doctor has accused the actor and Sai Surya Developers of duping her of ₹34.8 lakh by selling non-existent plots.

The Guntur Kaaram star, known for his many brand endorsements, has been named as the third respondent in the case for allegedly influencing buyers through misleading promotions. The case, reported by Deccan Chronicle, has sparked renewed debate around celebrity accountability in brand partnerships.
