Kajol, a Bollywood actress, has purchased two apartments in the Ananya building in Juhu. The two flats on the 10th level of the building were acquired by the actress.
The deal took place in January of this year, according to Square Feet India. The total cost of the two homes, according to the report, is Rs. 11.95 crores. According to sources, the carpet area of both flats is around 2000 square feet. The structure is in the same neighbourhood as Shiv Shakti, her present home.
Kajol Vishal Devgan’s signature appeared on the property paperwork, which was signed by Tryksha Projects Private Ltd.
Meanwhile, Kajol was most recently seen in Renuka Shahane’s film Tribhanga: Tedhi Medhi Crazy, which also marked the actress’s Netflix debut. In January of last year, the film starring her and Tanvi Azmi, and Mithila Palkar was launched on an OTT platform.
Kajol will next be featured in Revathy, a film directed by South Indian actress and filmmaker Revathy, for which they have already begun filming. Salaam Venky is the title of the film.
Months after Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn bought a luxurious new mansion in Juhu for over Rs 60 crore, it’s now been revealed that his actress-wife Kajol has also bought property in the very same Mumbai neighbourhood.
According to Squarefeetindia, Kajol purchased two units in the Ananya building. Both are on the 10th level and cover a total of 2000 square feet.
Ajay purchased a huge property in Juhu for roughly Rs 60 crore in May 2021. The cottage, which is 590 square feet, is close to Shiv Shakti.
In the meanwhile, Kajol will be featured in the upcoming movie ‘Salaam Venky.’ ‘The Last Hurrah’ was the original title of the movie.
