We informed you earlier on the 29th of June that Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah was admitted to the hospital. A small patch of pneumonia was detected in his lungs. After getting to know this sad news, everyone, including fellow actors, well-wishers and fans, was prayed for his speedy recovery.

The update is that Naseeruddin Shah is back home. On Wednesday morning, he was discharged from the hospital in Mumbai. His son Vivaan Shah informed in Instagram stories.

Sharing on his Instagram, Vivaan Shah shared two photos of Naseeruddin Shah where he can be seen with his wife Ratna Pathak Shah. The first picture is captioned as “Back Home” and the other one is captioned as “He just got discharged Today Morning”
While speaking to the India tv news channel earlier this week, Vivaan Shah informed that his father was fine and was responding well to the treatment. He was quoted as saying, “Dad is fine. It’s a patch of pneumonia that is getting treated. Nothing to worry about… He is still in the hospital” Yes small patch is still there but all under control.”
This news has definitely given relief to the film fraternity and its well-wishers. As the thespian is respected for his contribution on stage in plays and in movies or films as well.
Now taking about on the work front, the legendary actor will be further seen in the movie Maarrich, directed by Dhruv Lather. The movie will also feature Famous Television celebrities such as Tusshar Kapoor, Anita Hassanandani, Rahul Dev and South actress Seerat Kapoor.
