Yes, you read that right! As per reports, Bollywood actor Sonu Sood and Filmmaker Farah Khan will collaborate to remake the 90’s golden iconic Qawwali ‘Tum To Thehre Pardesi’. Read below for more details about it.
We all know that for the past decade Bollywood Industry is following the remake trend of old golden, popular, and iconic music and songs. Following the same trend at the start of this decade, real-life best friends actor Sonu Sood and Choreographer cum director- Farah Khan will collaborate together to bring ‘Tum To Thehre Pardesi’ Qawwali remake alive. The remake trend in Bollywood has not always worked as some remakes became better than the original version of the songs while many songs didn’t work out at all. The audience troll and hate the makers or the actors for making such kind of pathetic remakes. Keeping all the stuff in mind, Duo of Sonu Sood and Farah Khan is all set to create the remake.

This time, the song will bring a blend of urban and rural culture. A song that became a sensation and the official breakup anthem during the 90s. According to the report published in the leading daily, the song will be sung by singers Tony Kakkar and Altaf Raja as well. This song will feature Bollywood actor and superhero from the industry, Sonu Sood. As per the report, the song is scheduled to be released on the occasion of Sonu Sood’s Birthday, on July 30th.
The reports further suggest that, when Sonu was approached for the song, he immediately reached Farah Khan, as she was his first choice. They both are best friends since they have worked together in 2014 for the film Happy New Year. The bond between the two has got better during the pandemic as both have come together to help people in need. The song will be released under the record label ‘Desi Music Factory’. The song will be shot in Chandigarh and for the same Sonu Sood and Farah Khan will take off to Chandigarh today in order to complete the shoot in the coming two days.
