The Box Office king in the world is Stan Lee. Scroll down to know complete details on the same.

Stan Lee (1922-2018)

Also known as Stanley Martin Lieber, was a writer, editor, publisher, and producer for the American comic book industry. For twenty years, he climbed the ranks of a family-run firm to become Marvel Comics’ key creative leader, leading the company’s transformation from a minor branch of a publishing company to a multimedia conglomerate that dominated the comics and cinema industries.

He co-created many popular fictional characters, including Spider-Man, the X-Men, Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk, Ant-Man, the Wasp, the Fantastic Four, Black Panther, Daredevil, Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, the Black Widow, and Captain Marvel, with others at Marvel, particularly co-writer/artists Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko.

The debut of these and other characters in the 1960s pioneered a more normative approach to superhero comics than had previously been used, and Lee challenged the Comics Code Authority’s limits in the 1970s, indirectly leading to policy reforms. He attempted to expand Marvel properties into other media in the 1980s, with limited success.

After his retirement from Marvel in the 1990s, he continued to be a public face for the corporation, making regular cameos in films and television shows based on Comic book characters, for which he was given an exec producer credit. Meanwhile, until his death in 2018, he pursued his own creative projects far into his 90s. Based on 51 credits in that capacity, he is best recognised as an Executive Producer.

Top movie contribution for this record includes: Avengers: Endgame ($2,797,800,564 in 2019), Avengers: Infinity War ($2,044,540,523 in 2018), The Avengers ($1,515,100,211 in 2012), Avengers: Age of Ultron ($1,395,316,979 in 2015), Black Panther ($1,336,494,321 in 2018), Iron Man 3 ($1,215,392,272 in 2013), Captain America: Civil War ($1,151,918,521 in 2016), Captain Marvel ($1,129,727). He is definitely the box office king.
