Talking about the film ‘Gandhi’, It is a well-received biographical film that depicts significant moments in the life of Mohandas Gandhi (Ben Kingsley), the beloved Indian leader who opposed British authority. Gandhi, who is dedicated to the notion of nonviolent resistance, is initially rejected by English authorities, notably the powerful Lord Irwin (John Gielgud), but he and his cause gain international acclaim, and his peaceful protests help India achieve independence.
