Vijay Varma discusses how the film Gully Boy influenced his career

Vijay Varma became well-known for his role as Moeen Bhai in the film ‘Gully Boy,’ which celebrated its three-year anniversary on Monday. The actor claims that the film, which was released in 2019, has had a significant impact on his career.

“This day, 3 years ago transformed my career and touched my life in so many ways that I cannot truly articulate,” Vijay said in a statement commemorating the film’s third anniversary.

“I’m honoured to have been a part of such a historic film.” Also, because it came out on Valentine’s Day, I celebrate it regardless of whether I’m in love or not lol.”

Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Kalki Koechlin, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Amruta Subhash, as well as Vijay Raaz also feature in the movie.

‘Gully Boy’ is indeed a coming-of-age narrative about such an aspiring street rapper from Mumbai’s Dharavi slums, influenced by that of the lives of Indian street rappers Divine as well as Naezy.

In addition to ‘Darlings,’ Vijay is working on ‘Fallen,’ ‘Hurdang,’ and Sumit Saxena’s unnamed next.
