The Matrix, starring Keanu Reeves to be re-released on Dec 3 in India

The Matrix (1999) will be re-released on December 3, 2021, by Warner Bros. Pictures, shortly after The Matrix Resurrections’ release on December 22, 2021. When The Matrix was released in 1999, no one could have predicted how powerful the Wachowski brothers’ action movie featuring Keanu Reeves was becoming. But now, well over two decades later, we are well aware of the movie’s Legendary status.

This really is the movie that established the green-black colour scheme, the ‘bullet’ shots, and the futuristic eyewear as characteristics of a Matrix movie.

Inside it, Keanu Reeves portrays Thomas Anderson, a computer programmer that understands that existence is really a re-creation to hide a continuing battle among humans as well as AI in the’real’ universe. Things start to happen as he tries to control that.

So, even Before Matrix Resurrections hits theatres on December 3, fans would get a chance to see the new movie on that big screen. This is also an opportunity for those who haven’t seen any of the movies within theatre to view the cult classic on today’s sophisticated movie screens, complete with enormous sound and visual enhancements. There’s really no great moment than now to remember oneself what medication to take.

Hugo Weaving, Carrie-Ann Moss, Laurence Fishburne, as well as Keanu Reeves feature in The Matrix.
