Surya versus Surya is indeed a 2015 Telugu romantic comedy film written and directed by Karthik Ghattamaneni as well as produced by Malkapuram Shiva underneath the Suraksh Entertainments banner. Nikhil Siddharth and Tridha Choudhury portray the leads, with Madhoo, Sayaji Shinde, Tanikella Bharani, as well as Rao Ramesh providing assistance. Satya Mahaveer composed the soundtrack for the film. The movie was released on March 5, 2015, to mostly favourable reviews. The central narrative is partly based on the Japanese film A Song to the Sun from 2006.
Surya, a young guy with Porphyria, a genetic illness that prohibits him from stepping outside during the day and experiencing the beauties of life, is the protagonist of the film. His mother is the one who raises him. He also develops feelings for a TV anchor. Regardless, he doesn’t tell her about his medical condition since he is concerned that she would react negatively. When she learns about it from others, she feels sold out. The rest of the narrative follows Surya as he gains confidence and reclaims his love.

A beautiful film that makes you think. Here is a hero who has been dealt a card by fate that will make regular living impossible, and he shows how he may overcome his “difficulties” and how “suffering” is a choice.
There are only a few characters, yet they all sparkle.
Nikhil Siddharth, Tridha, and Madhoo all do a fantastic job in their respective roles. The cinematography is superb, and night scenes have seldom looked more vibrant or lovely.
This is a fantastic, underappreciated film.
It comes highly recommended!
