Major Jaidev “Jai” Rajvansh and his colleagues SF officers are credited with rescuing a prominent politician and apprehending his abductor, Pakistani terrorist Abhrush. The criminal has always been on the run for years, as well as the two police are finally able to apprehend him. Jai arrives in a rousing reception and is hailed as a national hero. His boss suggests that he take a week off and visit his hometown. Here he encounters Anjali, a childhood friend who always had feelings for Jai. Anjali wishes to make the most of Jai’s vacation and strives to spend much time with him there possible.

He encounters Miss India, Pooja Mallapa, during a celebration. They continue to fall in love as they spend more time with. Jai reveals his affection for Pooja and says he has always considered Anjali as a close friend while his parents prepare for his wedding to Anjali. Anjali is devastated and enraged by Jai’s rejection and seeks vengeance. Abhrush takes full advantage of her displeasure with Jai (through the “kidnapped” politician who’s really hand in glove with Abhrush) as well as the two schemes to damage Jai’s image and life.

Anjali is able to acquire secret documents that disclose Abhrush’s intentions for moving from jail to prison. Jai is court-martialed and labelled a traitor to the country as a result of the events that follow. Due to familial pressure, Pooja decides to leave him. Jai resolves to go after Abhrush on his own, determined to establish his innocence and redeem himself. Anjali eventually comes to her senses and recognises her error. To make amends, she goes out of her way to disrupt Abhrush’s schemes and assist Jai in proving his innocence. Jai triumphs against Abhrush. Eventually, Jai declares his love for Anjali, forgives her, and the two reconcile to live happily ever after.
