In a recent interview, Anil Kapoor expressed his excitement about collaborating with Ranbir Kapoor on Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film Animal.

Currently, the actor is enjoying the success of his most recent film, Shamshera, which also features Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in significant parts. He is now filming Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, for which the actor recently travelled to Delhi. Anil Kapoor, who will be joining the cast in Delhi, will play a crucial part in this movie as well.

Anil joined the crew on July 20 in Mumbai, after Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Rashmika Mandanna started filming Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film earlier this year. Anil said that Ranbir Kapoor is a gifted, diligent actor who can convincingly convey the subtler aspects of every part while speaking about working with him. I am working with the younger generation — Hrithik Roshan in Fighter, Aditya Roy Kapur in Captain, Ranbir in Animal and Harshvarrdhan in Bindra. It’s one of the best phases for me,” he says, adding that he will sport a different look in the movie.
When asked about his character, Anil Kapoor responded, “It’s a strange and interesting role,” without saying much more. After working with Kabir Singh, he said he was looking forward to working with Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
After over 4 years, Ranbir Kapoor made a comeback on the big screen with Shamshera. In addition to this, he will appear in the critically acclaimed film Brahmastra, which also stars Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, Amitabh Bachchan, and Nagarjuna. Along with Animal, he was currently filming Luv Ranjan’s movie opposite Shraddha Kapoor.
