Regarding Ranveer Singh’s nude picture shoot, Ram Gopal Varma asks, “If women can flaunt their attractive bodies, why can’t men?”

Everyone was in a state of shock after seeing Ranveer Singh’s naked picture session. Internet users went completely nuts and couldn’t stop talking about it. In fact, a lot of famous people have commented on Ranveer’s photo session. Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, two of his pals, have stood up for the Befikre actor, and now Ram Gopal Varma, a director, is the newest name to be added to this list. Ranveer’s nude images, in the opinion of the seasoned director who just published the highly suggestive martial arts film “Ladki,” are an excellent illustration of gender equality.

Ram Gopal Varma, in an exclusive interview with Etimes, stated that he believes Ranveer Singh is using it as a platform to call for justice for gender equality. Added, “If women can show off their sexy bodies why can’t men? It’s hypocritical that men are judged by a different standard. Men should have as many equal rights as women. I think India is finally coming of age and I think this is Ranveer’s statement on gender equality.”

When questioned about Ranveer Singh’s photoshoot yesterday at the Darlings trailer presentation, Alia Bhatt answered right away that she didn’t want to hear anything bad about her favourite Ranveer. Even this question, she claimed, is intolerable. She adores him, and he will always be everyone’s favourite. He has given the movies so much to us, so we should only show him love.

Alongside Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh will appear in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. She recently finished the film’s schedule.
