Junaid Khan, Aamir Khan’s son, to act with Sharvari Wagh? Tap to know

Sharvari Wagh made her acting debut in Bunty Aur Babli 2, but the film’s box office success dampened her enthusiasm. The film, on the other hand, opened various new possibilities for Sharvari, since she was lauded for her performance. One of these opportunities appears to have led to her signing on for a historical drama opposite Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan’s debut.

Sharvari Wagh told Mid-Day about her post-debut achievements when asked about it. “Getting meetings is easier post the film. I come from a place where I have seen a long line of auditions. So, I perceive competition and opportunities differently. It was a little unfortunate in terms of the (box-office) numbers, but I received appreciation for my work.”

What is the actor’s next project? Sharvari has been signed on for Siddharth P Malhotra’s directorial endeavour, a big-ticket production in Maharaja, according to the report. Junaid Khan, Aamir Khan’s son, will make his Bollywood debut in this flick. Sharvari, on the other hand, isn’t confirming or denying the film. The actress informed Mid-Day about it when questioned about it. “I have a film with Yash Raj that will hopefully release this year.”

Sharvari Wagh confessed she is drawn towards historical dramas. “History intrigues me. I want to do movies that blend mythology and history. Women were portrayed as warriors, and (their characters) had a good blend of charisma and elegance. Stories matter the most to me; I want to do author-backed roles,” the actress remarked.

Sharvari is rumoured to be dating Vicky Kaushal’s younger brother, actor Sunny Kaushal, in addition to generating noise for her projects.
