The actress has been in a number of blockbuster films over her career. Katrina explained how she learnt to deal with anxiety and worry in 2019, ahead of the release of her movie Bharat alongside Salman Khan.
Katrina Kaif talked about dealing with anxiety and dread in an interview with Filmfare in 2019. She praised Alia Bhatt for speaking up about it. She also stated that Alia’s comment, “It’s acceptable not to be okay,” is a significant one.
She also cited Deepika Padukone as an example of someone who has spoken openly about her mental difficulties.
Coming to terms with herself, Katrina revealed that she sought assistance from literature and realised that one does not have to fall under pressure. “In my case, books and other things helped me understand not to be a slave to every thought that comes to your mind or every emotion you feel. You don’t need to crumble under the pressure. This complex crazy universe is not running because of you and me. It’s running on its own. Have faith in it. Whoever is running this Universe has got your back. Put out what you want. Discard any thought that’s not constructive,” the actress said.
Tiger 3 with Salman Khan is in the works for Katrina Kaif. She’ll also star with Vijay Sethupathi, Vinay Pathak, and Sanjay Mishra in Sriram Raghavan’s Merry Christmas, as well as Priyanka Chopra and Alia Bhatt in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa.
Soon after her wedding to Vicky Kaushal, Katrina began filming Merry Christmas with South superstar Vijay Sethupathi. Later, Pinkvilla exclusively revealed that Sanjay Kapoor had joined the cast of Ramesh Taurani and Sanjay Routray’s film. And, as we exclusively reported yesterday, Katrina and Vijay will shortly begin filming for Merry Christmas after a little hiatus following the film’s Pune schedule.
“They will start shooting from tomorrow in Mumbai. Vijay is already in the city. It will be a month-long start-to-finish schedule, with a combination of indoor and outdoor sequences. Some of the outdoor scenes will be filmed in South Mumbai, permissions for which have already been procured. It will be a mix of conversational and song sequences,” informs a source in the know.
After wrapping up the Merry Christmas schedule, the actress will return to Mumbai to begin filming Tiger 3 with Salman Khan and Emraan Hashmi.
