Newlywed Rhea Kapoor shares the first pic with husband Karan Boolani, says had stomach flips

Celebrity stylist and producer Rhea Kapoor got married to her longtime boyfriend Karan Boolani on Saturday, (August 14) in an intimate affair at Anil Kapoor’s residence in Juhu. The couple had a simple wedding with only their family members and close friends in attendance.

Rhea Kapoor took to her Instagram today and shared a snap with Karan announcing her wedding to her fans and two looked blissfully happy exchanging rings.

Sharing the happy snap, she wrote, “12 years later, I shouldn’t have been nervous or overwhelmed because you’re my best friend and the best guy ever. But I cried and shook and had stomach flips all the way through because I didn’t know how humbling the experience would be. I’ll always be that girl who had to come home to Juhu at 11 pm before my parents fell asleep. Only until now, I didn’t know how lucky I was to feel torn. I hope we make a family so close that we have many, many loves in our life. Mine are @karanboolani @anilskapoor @kapoor.sunita @sonamkapoor and @harshvarrdhankapoor forevermore.”

The wedding ceremony was attended by family members and close friends. Rhea’s cousins including Arjun Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, and other family members.

Rhea Kapoor is the daughter of veteran actor Anil Kapoor and jewelry designer Sunita Kapoor. She has co-produced films like Aisha, Khoobsurat, and Veere Di Wedding, all three starring her sister, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja.

Karan Boolani worked as an assistant director with Rhea on the film sets of Aisha in 2009, which starred Sonam Kapoor in the lead role.
