Kareena Kapoor asserts that Shah Rukh Khan began dancing to Naatu Naatu after the RRR song won the Golden Globe

At the 80th Golden Globe Awards, RRR by SS Rajamouli received nods for Best Non-English Language Film and Best Original Song for Naatu Naatu. On January 10, 2023, the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California hosted the Golden Globe Awards. The RRR song Naatu Naatu winning the Golden Globe for Best Original Song was a great occasion for India. The RRR crew received a deluge of congratulations on Twitter. Celebrities like AR Rahman, Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Alia Bhatt, and many more praised MM Keeravaani and the rest of the team for their impressive victory. Now that RRR song Naatu Naatu had won the Golden Globe, Pathaan actor Shah Rukh Khan shared how he celebrated.

Yesterday, the Pathaan trailer was released by the film’s producers, which stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham. Many famous people gave the Pathaan trailer high acclaim. A few hours earlier, SS Rajamouli responded to the trailer on his Twitter account. He kept applauding the Pathaan video and wished the whole Pathaan crew well. “The trailer looks fab The King returns!!! Lots of (heart emoji) @iamsrk. All the best to the entire team of Pathaan…,” wrote SS Rajamouli.

Shah Rukh Khan said in his response to SS Rajamouli’s tweet this morning that he danced to Naatu Naatu to celebrate RRR winning the Golden Globe in 2023. Shah Rukh Khan tweeted his appreciation for SS Rajamouli. “Sir just woke up and started dancing to Naatu Naatu celebrating your win at Golden Globes. Here’s to many more awards & making India so proud!!” 

The RRR song Naatu Naatu was written by Kala Bhairavi and Rahul Sipligunj, and it was composed by MM Keeravaani, a seasoned music director. Along with Carolina, Taylor Swift (Where the Crawdads Sing), Ciao Papa, Alexandre Desplat, Guillermo del Toro, Roeban Katz (Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio), Hold My Hand, Lady Gaga, BloodPop, Benjamin Rice (Top Gun: Maverick), and Lift Me Up, Tems, Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, Ludwig Göransson were also nominated in the Best Original Song category (Black Panther: Wakanda Forever).
