After a lengthy wait, the trailer for Ranveer Singh’s Jayeshbhai Jordaar was finally unveiled today. The trailer has caused quite a stir among fans. The entire team, as well as Ranveer Singh and his leading woman Shalini Pandey, were there today at the trailer premiere event for the film, and they opened up about a variety of topics, ranging from their experience filming the film to reminiscing earlier occurrences in their lives, and so on. While filming Band Baaja Baraat, the Bajirao Mastani actor disclosed something Aditya Chopra had told him.
Ranveer Singh recounted what Aditya Chopra told him when they were filming Band Baaja Baraat in a press conference, reminiscing about his early days in the profession. “Adi sir ne mujhe kaha tha second meeting mein, dekh beta tu Hrithik Roshan toh na hai toh tu na acting kar lena (laughs). (Adi sir had told me that look you are not Hrithik Roshan so you just act).”, he explained. That was very sound counsel, to say the least.
However, Ranveer Singh is now starring alongside Alia Bhatt in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Karan Johar is directing this picture, which marks his return to the director’s chair after a nearly seven-year absence. Alia Bhatt recently travelled to Jaisalmer to start filming for the movie’s remaining schedule, which had been put on hold due to her wedding to Ranbir Kapoor.
