Salman Khan is bringing the shoot for Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali closer to his Panvel property

Salman Khan’s social comedy Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, which will be released in theatres in December, was exclusively announced by Pinkvilla in early March 2022. On December 30, 2022, the Farhad Samji-directed film will be released in theatres. Fans will be able to celebrate twice since the film will be released three days after Salman Khan birthday.

According to a recent rumour in Etimes, Salman Khan has shifted the film’s shoot closer to his Panvel home in order to make the release schedule. Even throughout the lockdown, the actor’s house, which is a few of hours outside of town, has remained his safe haven. The sets for Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, which were being erected at the Film City helipad in Mumbai’s outskirts, were disassembled, according to the source, and the venue was transferred close to Salman’s Panvel house.

Salman Khan Films (SKF) took over the film’s production from producer Sajid Nadiadwala, according to reports. According to the ETimes, Salman and Sajid were at odds over various areas of the picture, which is why SKF was brought in. In reality, Sajid has previously mentioned that he was not interested in commencing the shoot any time soon. Salman Khan, on the other hand, insisted on being in charge of the film’s production, therefore SKF will now be in charge.

Despite their disputes, insiders have told the portal that Salman and Sajid have “no bad blood.”

Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, and Venkatesh are among the movie’s main characters. Several additional performers from the Northern and Southern industries are anticipated to join the cast. It’s a cross-cultural love tale with plenty of comedy in the plot, as the title and casting imply.
