Ranbir Kapoor discusses Brahmastra, saying that he and his co-stars “had the potential to build our own Marvel”

Brahmastra, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, will be released on September 9, 2022.

Brahmastra, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Ayan Mukerji directed the film, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni. Ayan Mukerji wrote and directed the film, which is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The teaser for Brahmastra was released a few days ago, and it gave a sneak glance at the complete ensemble and their characters.

In a recent interview, the actor from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani discussed his forthcoming fantasy adventure film.

In an interview with Variety, Ranbir said: “It’s deep rooted in Indian culture, and we had the opportunity to create our own Marvel, which Ayan is trying to do with his Astraverse. Any film, any good compelling story, made in your culture, in an authentic way, in a true form, will connect to a large audience.”

Kapoor further stated that he and Alia Bhatt were sitting and thinking about this project with Ayan Mukerji, as well as being his soldiers. He described them as three best friends who are “very excited and honoured” to be a part of Brahmastra. “A part of this vision so selfishly as an actor that I would do it over and over again,” said Ranbir.

The actor also stated that they have three parts ahead of them and that they have the ability to carry the plot in a variety of directions. Part one of the Brahmastra has been completed, according to Ayan Mukerji, and he wants to bring in larger and broader profits in the future. The film will be released in five Indian languages on September 9, 2022: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
