Mission Kashmir: It is an underrated must-watch movie

A film with a star-studded cast

The ensemble cast of Mission Kashmir has received critical acclaim. Altaaf Khan is played by Hrithik Roshan, Inayat Khan is played by Sanjay Dutt, Sufiya Parvez is played by Preity Zinta, Hilal Kohistani is played by Jackie Shroff, and Neelima Khan is played by Sonali Kulkarni. Sanjay represents a cop, whereas Jackie acts the criminal, and when Hrithik is forced to have to choose between two actors, he chooses good over evil. Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff collaborated on multiple films. However, this was Hrithik Roshan’s debut movie alongside the very well stars at the time. Preity Zinta’s debut cooperation alongside Hrithik, Sanjay, and Jackie had been a success.

Plot

The struggle among India and Pakistan, and also the effects of the these conflicts on children’s life, are the focus of Mission Kashmir. The film portrays the reality and tragedies of Altaaf Khan, a little kid. During such a violent confrontation with a rebel leader and his group, his entire family is slaughtered by police. The police chief who’s really responsible for the shooting adopts Altaaf. As Altaaf discovers the officer’s true identity, he wants vengeance becoming a terrorist. The video is about terrorism and the sorrow of children who are victims of conflict.

Collection of music

Mission Kashmir has seven tracks on its album. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, a well-known group, is in charge of the soundtrack. Ehsaan Noorani contributed three songs, whereas Shankar Mahadevan and Loy Mendonsa both contributed two. Bumbro, Chupke Se Sun, Rind Posh Maal, Socho Ke Jheelon Ka, Maaf Karo, So Ja Chanda, and Dhuan Dhuan are among the tracks on the album. Bumbro went on to become a hit single and it is still recognized by the many.

Shankar Mahadevan, Jaspinder Narula, Sunidhi Chauhan, Udit Narayan, Alka Yagnik, Vinod Rathod, Anuradha Paudwal, as well as Mahalakshmi Iyer are among the performers who have lent their voices to the songs. Four songs’ lyrics were written by Rahat Indori, and 3 songs’ lyrics wwere written by Sameer Anjaan.
