And Farhan is back in the news after his younger daughter Akira celebrated her one-year birthday today.
Farhan, being the adoring father that he is, came to Instagram to post a lovely selfie with Akira. Farhan was all smiles in the photo, sporting his long hair and beaded style while posing with his adorable kid. “Happy 15th @akiraakhtar.. you may tell me later what you think of the picture I shared,” the Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara actor said in the caption, wishing Akira a happy birthday. For the time being, let me just say “I love you” with heart emoticons.
In the meantime, Farhan has been in the news for his wedding to Shibani Dandekar. The couple, who have been dating for quite some time, are planning to marry on February 21. In an interview with the Bombay Times, Javed Akhtar confirmed the storey. “Yes, the wedding is taking place,” he said. Rest, shaadi ki jo taiyyariyan hain that is being taken care of by the wedding planners. Taking the situation into consideration it is obvious that we cannot host anything on a large scale. So, we are only calling a few people” he added.
