Alia Bhatt to back series spreading awareness about COVID-19 vaccines

Alia Bhatt on Wednesday announced a five-part series as an attempt to spread reliable information about COVID-19 vaccines.    The five-part video series is titled “The Intersection: Vaccinate India”.  The video is a collaboration between Bhatt’s production house Eternal Sunshine Productions and podcast network Audiomatic.

Covid 19 vaccines were launched in India in mid-January, 2021.  Since the introduction of vaccines, there is a lot of misinformation on the social media. . It is necessary to spread awareness about how vaccine helps in protection against the virus.  Alia Bhatt has posted a video on her official Twitter page.  In the video, the actress has spoken that the myths shared on social media made people hesitant to take the shots.

 “The Intersection”, is released today, the video has well-known doctors sharing facts about COVID-19 vaccines. “I hope this series will help address some of your concerns around the vaccines,” Alia adds in the video. The first episode of the series will be available in a podcast and video format.
