The continuing hype around Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding has kept them in the news for quite some time. According to recent rumours, the couple intends to marry in April. Ranbir, on the other hand, refuted these allegations, stating that they want to marry before the end of the year. And now, in the midst of all the hoopla, Alia has spoken up about her connection with Ranbir in an interview with a news website.
Alia Bhatt termed herself “the dog” and boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor “the cat” in an interview with India Today. “In our relationship, he’s the cat, I am the dog. Now you go figure. Sometimes I wake up in the morning with so much energy and Ranbir is like ‘Easy, easy, calm down, breathe.’ If there’s been an exciting day, he’s the one I’ll start re-enacting it to,” said the 29-year-old.
Alia went on to say that she relies on Ranbir to transmit his tranquilly to her. “He is way calmer than I am, so I rely a lot on him to pass on some of that calmness.”
On the job front, Alia and Ranbir have a diverse slate of projects. Alia lately had two consecutive hit films, Gangubai Kathiawadi and RRR. She will next be seen opposite Ranbir in Brahmastra. It is set to be released on September 9th, 2022. Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, Jee Le Zaraa, and Darlings are among Alia’s other films. In addition, she just announced that she would star with Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan in the film Heart of Stone.
Shamshera, on the other side, is in the works for Ranbir Kapoor. Apart from that, he will star with Rashmika Mandanna in Sandeep Vanga Reddy’s Animal. With Shraddha, Ranbir also has Luv Ranjan’s unnamed next.
