The only person who has your back in this world when no one else does is you. As a result, loving oneself is critical because how can we expect people to love us if we can’t love ourselves? Alaya F, a Bollywood starlet, recently released a lovely video of herself hopping on an Instagram trend. What drew our attention, though, was the lovely, thought-provoking commentary that he sent with the tape. Alaya’s ‘Ted Talk,’ as she dubbed it, was very inspirational to all of us.
In the video, Alaya wore a white shirt, blue shorts, and an oversized shite jacked while humming the lyrics to the iconic song. Then she offered the most essential life lesson she has ever gotten in the caption. She wrote, “The best, most life changing lesson I’ve ever learned is that loving yourself is the first and most important step to absolutely anything and everything. No matter how many amazing friends and family members you have or don’t have, nothing will ever be able to substitute your relationship with yourself. I know it sounds cheesy but sach mein, try it and watch your life completely change. Apologise to yourself when you do or say something bad to it, thank it when it does something good, be proud of yourself and all you do and don’t forget to tell yourself that YOU LOVE YOU. Meanwhile, Alaya’s tape went viral almost immediately after she shared it, with her followers praising her for her insightful comments.
