Sidharth Shukla‘s untimely death has left everyone shocked and especially his best friend and rumored girlfriend Shehnaaz Kaur Gill, who is completely devastated. Sidharth was her confidant. Fans have always loved their chemistry since they appeared together in Bigg Boss 13 and use to address them as ‘Sidnazz’. While their fans wanted them to get married, going by the reports the duo were actually planning to get married in December 2021.
It is said that their families were deep in preparation and also they were already in talks with JW Marriott, Mumbai to book for their wedding festivities. It was supposed to be a three-day celebration and the families had kept this a secret.
While in Bigg Boss house, Shehnaaz had claimed her love for Sidharth. In the latest interview, Bigg Boss 13 contestant Abu Malik, who was very close to them, revealed that Shehnaaz wanted to get married to Sidharth.
Talking to an entertainment portal, Abu Malik said, “Shehnaaz told me this on March 22, 2020- I think that this was just a day before the first lockdown,” he said remembering the exact date. “Sidharth used to love her a lot. He would say that agar ek din woh naaraz ho jaati thi, toh uska din khaarab ho jaata tha.”
Sidharth Shukla died after suffering a massive heart attack on September 2. The actor was 40 years old and is survived by his mother and two sisters. Sidharth Shukla rose to fame from the long-running TV serial ‘Balika Vadhu,’ and also appeared in many television shows. He was also seen in Karan Johar’s film, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, starring Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt in the lead.
