Actress Hiba Nawab came forward to talk about the rape allegations charges against Television actor Pearl V Puri. She couldn’t believe that has happened lately. Please read below to know what Hiba has to say about her working colleague and a close friend.
Zee Tv’s famous serial “Meri Saasu Maa,” actors Hiba Nawab and Pearl V Puri starred as leads. During the performance, the two formed a solid and unique friendship bond, and they remained in contact after the show ended. Pearl was recently arrested for rape and under the provision of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act last month after being accused of raping a juvenile.
Many people in the industry, including well-known figures like Ekta Kapoor and Divya Khosla Kumar, came out to support him after his arrest. In an interview, a close friend and observant actor, Hiba Nawab, came in support of Pearl V Puri.
Hiba said, “I feel that he is very respectful towards women, I’ve never seen anything weird or anything like that, Never. Yeah for a good one year, we were in touch and I’ve never seen him disrespecting any women. I can never believe whatever has happened.”
“So, honestly, I can’t say anything, as far as I know, him he is a very nice person. I can’t say anything further. There are people in Judiciary, they will investigate, and the truth will come out. So, I’m leaving it up to them.” She added.
