The film Welcome Home is inspired by a genuine tale. Ankita Narang wrote the screenplay, and Pushkar Sunil Mahabal directed the movie. The narrative is set in Nagpur, and it follows an independent lady who is trapped within a questionable mansion in the middle of nowhere despite her best efforts.

Anuja and Neha, two census takers, are stuck next to a strange-looking house and are greeted by a pregnant woman who acts oddly. The three ladies are eventually held captive by a middle-aged guy, his mother, as well as the home staff. The video chronicles their attempts to flee the house, as even the two ladies discover that the pregnant lady’s grandpa has already been abusing her for quite some time.

Actress Tina Bhatia told Bollywood Hungama that the movie is based on a true storey that happened in Maharashtra. She won’t assume whenever the event occurred, but she did also say she portrays a pregnant lady who suffers from Stockholm Syndrome.

She appeared in films like Pepper Chicken, Karwaan, Blank, Gabbar is Back, and those with her spouse Boloram Das. The cast’s performances, particularly those of Kashmira, Swara, and Boloram, and also the harsh and brutal narrative, earned widespread praise. Welcome Home has a 7.4 out of 10 IMDb rating.
