The National jiju and American Pop star Nick Jonas was injured during the filming of his new show on Saturday, as per a report. Though the nature of the accident or the injury is not known, it was a major one as Nick had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance for emergency treatment. The unit of the show has not disclosed the details about this upcoming project. This is not the first time Nick has been injured on set. Back in 2018, Nick had injured himself during a post-show workout in Mexico.
According to some sources, Nick Jonas is back home since Sunday and is now recovering. It is hoped that Nick will be well enough to carry on appearing on NBC hit show The Voice which films on Monday nights. For those who already do not know, Nick is a coach and a judge on the US version of The Voice, 28. Neither Nick Jonas nor his wife Priyanka Chopra has disclosed the minor accident on social media. Nick is also due to host the 2021 Billboard Music Awards which will air live on May 23. Last year, he and his band, the Jonas Brothers, won three Billboard Music Awards as top duo/group, top radio songs artist, and top radio song for Sucker, their first No 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. They were also nominated for top artist.
Nick has already joked that he’s about to win another award before the ceremony has even begun. He predicted he’ll win the fake category of Best Host, posting a funny video on Instagram. In the clip posted by Nick, he is holding the award to his ear as if it’s a phone and says, “It’s unbelievable. We did it!” and wrote: “Truly an honor to have already received the first preemptive 2021 #BBMAs award. “
