HYBE's Weverse Con Festival to debut in New Delhi in 2027

HYBE is bringing its flagship Weverse Con Festival to India for the first time, and it has selected New Delhi as the launch city. The two-day event will run on March 27 and 28, 2027.

The announcement marks the first time the festival has travelled outside Korea, a signal of how seriously the K-pop powerhouse is taking India’s growing fan base.

What the India edition will include

Weverse Con Festival India will bring Indian and international artists together for live performances, fan-focused experiences, brand activations and cultural programming. HYBE says the festival will include special collaboration stages designed to pair Indian and K-pop artists.

  • Dates: March 27 and 28, 2027
  • City: New Delhi
  • Tickets: Exclusively on BookMyShow
  • Pre-sale access: Mastercard cardholders

BookMyShow Live is co-producing and promoting the festival. The platform has been building K-pop as a live entertainment category in India, and the exclusive ticket arrangement keeps the discovery and purchase journey on its own turf.

Why HYBE is betting on India

HYBE CEO Jason Jaesang Lee called the festival “a new chapter in our ‘multi-home, multi-genre’ strategy” and said India is a key market in HYBE’s global growth.

Weverse Company President Zooil Yang said the festival extends the superfan platform “beyond the screen and into a live setting,” connecting the online and offline sides of fandom.

HYBE’s India push does not stop with a weekend festival. HYBE INDIA has been conducting auditions across the country to discover and develop local talent, with a focus on content production and intellectual property that can resonate in India and travel globally.

What fans should do now

The lineup has not been revealed yet, but the practical moves are clear. Save the dates, watch BookMyShow for ticket drops, and use a Mastercard if you have one for early pre-sale access.

The first edition of a festival sets the template. For Indian K-pop fans, this is less a one-off concert and more the start of a live-entertainment pipeline from one of the world’s biggest music companies.
