The first motion poster for the much-anticipated movie Brahmastra will be released after a lengthy wait. Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy appear in Ayan Mukerji’s film, which also features Shah Rukh Khan. The movie’s motion poster will be unveiled during a major launch ceremony later today in Delhi by the filmmakers.
Amitabh Bachchan revealed a preview of Ranbir Kapoor’s fiery look on Tuesday. The megastar, speaking via his voiceover, adds, “Iss yudh ka shanknath bajega, Dharti ka kann kann kaap uthega. Anth ka yeh aarambh hai, yeh Brahmastra hai, jaag raha hai.”

On December 11, Alia Bhatt took to social media to announce the release date of the motion poster. She shared a special video to announce the grand fan event where Ranbir Kapoor’s character Shiva will be introduced. “On December 15, we are launching our motion poster and introducing our Shiva at an exclusive fan event! Come, be a part of the world of Brahmastra with us! With love and light, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia and Ayan (sic),” reads the announcement poster.
Brahmastra is supposed to become a three-part franchise, with the very first instalment set to release in 2022. On September 9, 2022, the first instalment will be released. The mega-film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, as well as Kannada, among other Indian languages. It also is expected to become a 3D project.
