As per the official announcement made by the lead actor Sidharth Malhotra on his Twitter handle. Finally, the much-delayed movie ‘Shershaah’ is ready to be released on Big Screen but on this giant OTT platform. Read below to know the name of the OTT platform and the official release date.
Due to the widespread of Covid-19 coronavirus in the entire country for more than a year now, many filmmakers who waited for a long time to release their movie projects on the Big Screen eventually compromised and settled down releasing their projects on the OTT platforms. As of now, still not seeing the possibility of reopening of theatres for the general public, makers of the much-delayed movie ‘Shehshaah’ have decided to compromise with the Big Screen and now release the movie on the giant digital platform Amazon Prime Video.
The lead Bollywood Hunk Sidharth Malhotra made this announcement on his official Twitter handle by sharing a teaser trailer and wrote “Heroes live on through their stories. We are honoured to bring to you the true story of the Kargil War hero, Captain Vikram Batra (PVC). A film with a long journey for me & a real life character I am proud to play. #ShershaahOnPrime comes out on 12th August only on @PrimeVideoIN.”
