Khushi is indeed a 2003 Bollywood Hindi comedy-drama film directed by S. J. Suryah and produced by Boney Kapoor through Narsimha Enterprises. It stars Fardeen Khan as well as Kareena Kapoor in lead roles. Anu Malik created the soundtrack for the film.

It was a remake of S. J. Suryah’s Film industry Kushi, which has been released in 2000.

Khushi recounts the storey of a guy and a girl that are in love, but whose inflated egos keep them together.

Karan (Fardeen Khan) was born in Kolkata, whereas Khushi (Kareena Kapoor) was born inside a Uttarakhand hamlet. Karan intended to continue his education in Canada, but owing to an injury, he is compelled to enrol at Mumbai University.

Khushi’s father (Amrish Puri) feels she has completed her education as well as that she should now marry a boy who’s really ready to also be his Ghar-jamai. Khushi, on the other hand, is adamant about continuing her study at Mumbai University.

Karan meets Khushi at university via common friends Vicky and Priya. These mutual acquaintances fall in love, and Karan and Khushi are tasked with bringing them together. The two fall in love in the process. But, because of their egos, they never get to show their affection for one other until it’s time to say goodbye. Khushi and Karan are enjoying their 9th wedding anniversary towards the end of the episode.

Anu Malik composed all six songs on that movie’s soundtrack. The soundtrack CD for this movie was indeed the ninth best-selling album of the last year, as per the Indian trade website Box Office India, with roughly 1.2 million units sold. The track “Jiya Maine Jiya” was adapted from the Telugu film Kushi’s song “Cheliya.”
