Max, and including his educated twin sister Shirley (Aishwarya Rai), are orphans who, along with all the other guys of the Eagles, belongs to such a boisterous motorcycle gang. The gangs have bitter rivals who have drawn a line through town to prevent clashes. Father Jacob or even the local Police Inspector regularly intervenes in conflicts (Sharat Saxena).

Rahul (Chandrachur Singh), Prakash’s brother, is a well-educated master chef who works in Mumbai. He returns to Vasco after a two-year absence, expecting to return to Mumbai with his family. Rahul decides to take a tour of Vasco and discovers his love for the city all over again. Nevertheless, he unwittingly finds embroiled inside the Eagles-Bichchoo rivalry that develops feelings for Shirley.

Prakash, who is in dire need of cash, intends to seize control of the village grounds. The grounds were once owned by Alberto Vasco, the village’s landlord as well as the man after whom town is called. Rahul discovers that Alberto’s land was passed down to a woman called Mary Anne Louise.

Oblivious to the fact of his brother’s machinations, Rahul goes to Mr Vasco’s home, where it would be discovered that Mary was indeed a tenant inside the villa which had belonged to Lady D’Costa (Nadira) twenty-two years ago. Rahul discovers out Mary is Max as well as Shirley’s mother, and also that the twins are Alberto Vasco’s illegitimate offspring, born in 1958.

Because he has formed a strong relationship with Shirley, Rahul intends to convey this knowledge to her in the form of a letter, but it is intercepted by Prakash. Prakash devises a plan to assassinate Max in order to gain access to Alberto Vasco’s rich estate. Max unintentionally shoots Prakash while protecting himself during a brutal brawl between both the Bichhoos and the Eagles.

The police capture Max, as well as his trial, which causes a breach amongst Shirley and Rahul. Max is ready to be hanged, but Rahul eventually reveals the truth, as well as he realises Prakash’s error.

Ultimately, Rahul and Shirley marry, and Max marries Rosanne, his long-time crush Priya Gill.
