Drishyam The Conclusion Enters Rs 500 Crore Club in 11 Days

Ajay Devgn gets his first Rs 500 crore worldwide grosser as Drishyam 3 hits the milestone in 11 days and becomes 2026's second-biggest Hindi film.

Drishyam The Conclusion Enters Rs 500 Crore Club in 11 Days

Ajay Devgn has entered a box office tier he has never occupied before. Drishyam The Conclusion, the closing chapter of the crime-thriller franchise, crossed the Rs 500 crore worldwide mark within 11 days of release, according to figures shared by the film’s team.

The film opened on Friday, October 2, and the momentum has held through its second weekend. It is now the second-highest-grossing Hindi film of 2026, and the first Ajay Devgn-led film to reach the Rs 500 crore worldwide mark.

Day 11 by the numbers

Trade tracker Sacnilk reported that the film collected Rs 6.25 crore net in India on Day 11, across 13,605 shows. Its India total after the day stood at Rs 315.25 crore net and Rs 378.24 crore gross.

Overseas, the film added Rs 2.50 crore on Day 11, lifting the overseas gross total to Rs 111.50 crore. That gives a trade-reported worldwide gross of Rs 489.74 crore, while the film’s team has announced an entry into the Rs 500 crore club. The two figures are close, and both signal a franchise finale that is performing like a true blockbuster.

One more benchmark came just before this: the film crossed the Rs 300 crore India net mark in 10 days.

What is driving the film

Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the film brings together Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Jaideep Ahlawat and Prakash Raj, among others. Presented by Star Studio18 and produced by Panorama Studios, it is co-written by Abhishek Pathak, Aamil Keeyan Khan and Parveez Shaikh. The cast also includes Kamlesh Sawant, Ishita Dutta and Mrunal Jadhav, rounding out the ensemble from the earlier films.

The screen weight is backed by a franchise that has always been about the emotional logic of a protector. Bollywood Bubble’s 4-star review underlined the same pull for the audience: watching how far Vijay Salgaonkar will go for his family.

The milestone in context

  • Rs 500 crore: worldwide gross milestone in 11 days, announced by the film’s team
  • Rs 300 crore: India net mark crossed in 10 days
  • Rs 6.25 crore: India net on Day 11, across 13,605 shows
  • Rs 111.50 crore: overseas gross total after Day 11

What this does for Ajay Devgn’s filmography

The Rs 500 crore worldwide club remains a small, coveted bracket in Hindi cinema. Until this release, Ajay Devgn had strong grossers but none in this club, according to the film’s team. The trilogy’s final chapter has changed that in under two weeks.

For readers who follow stars as closely as films, the headline is personal: Ajay Devgn now has a Rs 500 crore film to his name. For the box office, it is another sign that a well-loved franchise can turn a third outing into an event rather than an afterthought.
