There’s no denying that the portrayal of Ajay Devgn Singham is famous. Whether it was for the series or for his roles in Simmba as well as Sooryavanshi, the actor’s walk and aura always stole the stage.
“Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn had been contemplating on multiple ideas for making Singham 3 and they have finally zeroed in on a subject that’s not just hard-hitting but also relevant. The third instalment of Singham will be set in Kashmir against the backdrop of Article 370 being revoked by the Government of India. It will take references from true events and also showcase how this move of the government has shaken the terror outfits,” Bollywood Society obtained information from a source close to the production. If one pays close attention to Sooryavanshi, there is a mention of this in one of the exchanges, with officers describing how the revocation of Article 370 has resulted in a big obstacle to terrorists entering Kashmir. “It is this thought which will be taken forward in Singham 3 with Bajirao Singham leading from the front.”
Singham 3 will be shot on site in Kashmir by Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty, with Singham fighting anti-national groups to establish peace. The text is being finalised, and the filmmakers want to begin shooting the picture in September of next year.
This will be the largest picture in Shetty’s cop world, and the filmmaker intends to elevate Singham, the iron man of his universe, to new heights. “Singham is the most impactful character for Rohit Shetty and he wants to take things a notch higher with Singham 3. He is closely working on not just the script, but also designing realistic big-scale action. Get set for the biggest and best cop universe film with Singham 3.”
