Adivi Sesh announces his next line-up of pan Indian films Dacoit and Goodachari 2 for 2025.
It’s been two years since Adivi Sesh’s last release, Major hit the screens. While the actor has two films in the pipeline, looks like it will take another year before Adivi Sesh will be back on the big screen. “I’m hopeful that 2025 will be a big year for me. I will have two pan-Indian releases, Dacoit and Goodachari 2 lined up,” shares the actor, promising that the films will be worth the wait.
Sesh is thrilled to start filming Dacoit, a big-budget love story featuring Shruti Haasan. “It’s set to explode in people’s hearts. We will be shooting simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu,” he says. The project marks the feature directorial debut of Shaneil Deo, who has previously worked as the director of photography for Sesh’s films Kshanam and Goodachari.
Meanwhile, he’s also filming Goodachari 2, which marks his return to espionage genre alongside Banita Sandhu and Emraan Hashmi. “It’s the biggest film of my career. We just finished a big schedule in the Rann of Kutch. We’re sparing no effort to ensure the best output,” he adds.
G2 is a sequel to Adivi Sesh’s famous film, Goodachari. The film is an action spy thriller, directed by Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi. The film is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, and Abhishek Agarwal, under the banner of People Media Factory, Abhishek Agarwal Arts, and AK Entertainments.
