As per the latest reports coming in Hrithik Roshan is being considered to play the lead role in the upcoming Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie Inshallah. Read below to know more details about it.

In the year 2019, Sanjay Leela Bhansali created a mega buzz around the Bollywood industry by announcing his most anticipated movie ‘Inshallah’. The much-talked movie was supposed to feature the Bollywood greatest Bhaijaan, Salman Khan opposite actress Alia Bhatt and would have marked Salman’s reunion with Bhansali after two decades in the industry. But, it seems like that’s a far-fetched dream for the fans of Bhaijaan Salman Khan and filmmaker Bhansali as they both didn’t come to terms with the project, and the project was banished due to it. Now, as per the latest reports coming in, Bhansali has revived the project after completion of the shoot for ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’. The Bhansali will replace Salman with the ‘Greek God of Bollywood’ Hrithik Roshan in the movie.

According to a report published in News18, a source stated, “Bhansali is currently working on Heera Mandi, a web series which has been in the making for some time now. Directed by Vibhu Puri, it is going to go on floors soon. On the other hand, the filmmaker is also working on Inshallah since he has finished Gangubai Kathiawadi and can focus on a new project. Since it is a story of the mature romance between a young girl and a much older guy, he feels Roshan and Bhatt would make a good pair. The actor has had several meetings with the filmmaker. He has liked the script but has requested for certain modifications. Bhansali is also reworking on the script”.

The source also informed that SLB will take Inshallah on floors in the second half of the year 2022. As we know that Hrithik Roshan already has two projects in the pipeline which include a Remake of Vikram Vedha and the Arial action Franchise movie Fighter. Alia Bhatt’s project’Gangubai Kathiawadi’ with SLB is still intact as it is waiting for the theatres to open for its release.
