Pan India star Tamannaah Bhatia is on a roll! After taking Tamil box office by storm with ‘Aranmanai 4’, the actress is set to wreak havoc at the Bollywood’s box office with her special appearance in the much-awaited ’Stree 2’. The teaser of the film, which was exclusively screened at theatres along with the show of ‘Munjya’, was leaked online by a fan. As per the glimpse of the film, Tamannaah will be seen in a special dance number.
Addition of Tamannaah to the popular film is a testament to her widespread popularity. Her glimpses in the teaser have surely amped up the excitement among fans, who are waiting to watch the film in theatres. Previously, Tamannaah featured in songs such as ‘Kaavaalaa’ from ‘Jailer’ and ‘Achacho’ from ‘Aranmanai 4’ that took internet by storm and ruled music charts. And going by the glimpses of ‘Stree 2’, the new track is also going to break records! Meanwhile, Tamannaah has had a great beginning to her year with ‘Aranmanai 4’, which emerged as Tamil industry’s first hit in 2024 and showcased the actress’ box office prowess. It crossed Rs 100 crore at the box office, becoming one of Tamannaah’s best hits.
Talking about ‘Stree 2’, the film, starring Rajkummar Rao, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, Shraddha Kapoor and Pankaj Tripathi, is set to release on August 15 this year. The horror-comedy, directed by Amar Kaushik, is the sequel of ‘Stree’, which released in 2018.
