Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra were recently in the news after revelations about their first marriage. Few days back, Raj Kundra took to his Instagram and opened up on his divorce with ex-wife Kavita. However, Shilpa Shetty also took to her social media and shared a cryptic post.
The actress posted a picture from a book which she was reading. The picture featured a page that read, ‘suffering’. The message read, “Goodness does not exist in isolation. Every act of goodness contributes to a greater good. Similarly, when any act of goodness is delayed or thwarted, we all suffer. Sometimes we see or hear about bad things being done to good people, and we don’t do anything because the events seem so far away or disconnected from us. But when a good person is attacked, injured, arrested, jailed, tortured, or killed anywhere in the world, we are all diminished- and we are all a little less safe.” She captioned the post as ‘Feel the heal’.
She also shared a picture of the second page in a screen shot which had an inspiring quote, “Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive.”
Shilpa’s Instagram post came after Raj Kundra broke his silence on his marriage and divorce with his wife Kavita. He shared that ex-wife Kavita cheated on him with his sister’s husband Vansh. Raj had shared a video in which Kavita is blaming Shilpa for their separation.
Raj Kundra spoke about how Shilpa had supported him during his emotional time. “It was very hard on Shilpa and I know how upset she was but she also understood the predicament I was in. She really supported me during this emotional time of my life. She has and always does bring out the best in me. I am grateful to God for such an amazing wife. Some good Karma I must have done that I went from marriage from Hell to finding my real soul mate.”
