On Friday, veteran actor Paresh Rawal has shut down a rumours of his death. He replied to a Twitter user who had claimed that the actor had died. The Twitter user had shared a picture of Paresh Rawal on Twitter along with a tweet which reads that the actor died.
The actor also took to Twitter responding to the hoaxes and wrote, “Sorry for the misunderstanding as I slept past 7 am…!”.
Another comment, “Honestly speaking sir mein ye seh nahi paunga. Be it in whatever role it has been and It still is a treat to watch you perform. In childhood, I was scared by your -ve characters and now laugh aloud keeping aside my work by just rewatching you entertain us with your versatility” The actor’s tweet has gone viral as fans continue to praise him for his epic response. A user comment, “It’s not a misunderstanding! There is a group of alleged liberals & intellectuals moving around with the hell-bent intention of announcing the deaths of living persons. They didn’t ever leave Ex-president of India”
Earlier, Rawal confirmed on his Twitter handle that he had been diagnosed with covid-19, days after receiving the covid-19 vaccine. The actor wrote, “Unfortunately, I have tested positive for COVID-19. All those that have come in contact with me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested,”
On the work front, Paresh Rawal will be seen in the upcoming film, ‘Hungama 2’, directed by Priyadarshan and Farhan Akhtar starrer ‘Toofaan’. The actor was seen in some of the best films like Hungama, Hera Pheri, OMG: Oh My God, Welcome and Sanju . he was appointed as the chief of the National School of Drama in september last year.
