Kamaal R Khan was accused by Salman Khan of defamation. KRK recently claimed that he still receives a copy of the court order stating that he has temporarily been restrained from uploading any posts or videos on social media against Salman Khan. Salman Khan had filed a case against the actor for defamatory tweets and videos posted by Kamaal Khan. The court stated, “A good reputation is an element of personal security and is protected by the Constitution equally with the right to the enjoyment of life, liberty and property,”
Reacting to the same, KRK took to his statement and wrote, “Till now, I have not received Court order copy but I read in media reports that court has asked me to not say anything defamatory against #Salmankhan! I have never said anything defamatory in the past and I won’t say in the future also. I just review films honestly and I will do.”
He further said that he will fight to protect his rights of freedom of speech. He wrote, “I just want to inform media that I haven’t received court order copy till now. But if the order will be unsatisfactory, then I will go to High Court and even supreme Court. I will fight to protect my rights of freedom of speech. Thanks!”
Earlier, Salman Khan had filed a defamation suit against KRK, where a notice was been sent to the self-proclaimed movie critic by Salman Khan’s legal team. Salman Khan’s lawyers maintained that the suit was in response to allegations of corruption laundering. KRK also took to his Twitter handle and informed his followers about the same in May. Kamaal Khan had also accused Being Human, which is a registered trademark of Salman Khan. He claims that the actor is being involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering.
