Jersey movie will be released in worldwide regions by Yash Raj Films

Jersey, starring Shahid Kapoor as well as Mrunal Thakur, will bring the year 2021 to a close. On December 31, the set to release in theatres as just a remake of the Telugu National Award-winning film of the same name. The movie, helmed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, would now be released on December 30 in other countries. The film is set in worldwide markets by Yash Raj Films.

Phars Films, a Middle Eastern industry pioneer, has purchased the international theatrical distribution rights to Jersey and is collaborating with Yash Raj Films on its release in foreign markets. The film is directed by Allu Aravind and produced by Aman Gill, Dil Raju, and S Naga Vamsi.

The film’s plot centres on a failing cricketer who’s really attempting to purchase a jersey for his son. Jersey is indeed a celebration of both the human spirit. This is a raw, accessible, as well as true narrative. The video will keep you on the edge of your seat by making you believe in the importance of dreams. Mrunal Thakur will be seen opposite Shahid Kapoor for the first time in the film. In the film, seasoned actor Pankaj Kapur will also be featured as a cricket coach, marking his comeback to the big screen.
